SAN PATRIGNANO

San Patrignano’s vineyards wind around the community perched on the hills of Coriano, above Rimini and off the Adriatic coast. From the selection of the clones to the choice of the best vines during the winter pruning, during the harvest, and all throughout the vinification and the ageing in barrels, the entire process is overseen by the young men of the San Patrignano Community, a unique institution dedicated to rehabiliation. This passion and attention, which characterises each phase of the winemaking process, along with the precious guidance of Riccardo Cotarella, has pushed this most unique of wineries to remarkable heights, receiving a long list of accolades from Italian and international wine critics.
